Process Step-by-Step

Registration Process

  • Pay the 1st installment fee to confirm your registration.
  • Submit required documents including identity proof and academic records.
  • Complete the application form and sign the Educational Advisory Services Agreement.

Training in India (6 Months)

  • Course Start: January 2025
  • Content Covered: Learn N5 and N4 level Japanese, plus Japanese culture and etiquette.
  • Class Schedule: 5 days a week, 90–120 minutes per day, online.
  • Milestone: Pass N5 and prepare for immigration interview (March/April 2025).

Documentation and Visa Application

  • After completing N5, attend a language proficiency interview.
  • Submit results to Japanese Immigration and receive Provisional Letter of Admission.
  • Begin the Certificate of Eligibility (COE) and visa process.
  • Pay the 2nd installment by January 31, 2025.

Travel to Japan

  • Departure: October 2025
  • Upon arrival, join the institution for N3 program and begin part-time work.

Training in Japan (12 Months)

  • Class Schedule: 5 days a week, 3–4 hours per day.
  • Part-Time Jobs: Work up to 28 hours per week, 40 hours during vacations.

Final Job Placement
