Program Highlights

  1. Candidate Requirements

    • Must have a graduation or engineering degree with at least 55% aggregate marks and no backlogs.
    • Applicable for:
      • Engineering: IT/CS, Electronics, Mechanical Engineering, and others.
      • Postgraduate degrees: MTech, MBA, MCA, MSc.
      • Bachelor’s degrees: BSc, BCA, BHM, BBM, BCom.
      • 12th Std/Diploma holders.
  2. Program Duration

    • Graduates/Engineers: 12 to 18 months.
    • 12th Grade/Diploma Holders: 18 to 24 months, with an option to pursue further education after program completion.

Program Stages

  1. Stage 1: Pre-Departure (India)

    • Language Training: N5 level Japanese (Nihongo) and partial N4 training (4-5 months).
    • Documentation: Processing of Certificate of Eligibility (CoE) and Student Visa.
  2. Stage 2: Work & Learn in Japan

    • Further Language Training: N4 and N3 Japanese language training, including Japanese business etiquette and social skills.
    • Employment: Part-time work of up to 28 hours/week (full-time up to 40 hours/week during holidays).
      • Earnings: ¥100,000 - ¥120,000 JPY/month or more during part-time work.
    • Visa: 18 to 24-month Student Visa.
  3. Stage 3: Job Placement & Long-Term Career Path

    • Placement Assistance: Provided by the partner university after completing N3 proficiency.
    • Full-Time Job Salaries:
      • Graduates: ¥240,000 to ¥340,000/month (approx. Rs. 1.2 to 1.7 lakhs).
      • 12th/Diploma holders: ¥200,000 to ¥280,000/month (approx. 1 to 1.4 lakhs Yen).

Program Fees and Payment Schedule

  1. Initial Fees in India (INR)

    • Registration Fee: ₹45,000 (due within 5 days of selection).
    • Second Installment: ₹1,00,000 (due before N5-level language training begins).
    • Third Installment: ₹2,35,000 (due after CoE issuance).
  2. Fees in Japan (JPY) [To be paid from India]

    • University/Institute Fees: ¥1,300,000 (approx. INR 7,30,000).
  3. Total Program Cost: Approx. INR 3,80,000 + 68,400 [GST] (India) + ¥13,00,000 [7,30,000] (Japan). = 11,78,400 INR.

Inclusions

  • Japanese Language Training: India (N5 - 6 months) and Japan (up to N3).

  • Full immigration documentation support, including translation.
  • Coverage of:
    • 12 months’ tuition fees in Japan.

Benefits

  • Work Benefits (based on company policy):
    • Annual bonus of two months' salary (You will receive a total of 14 months’ salary in a year).
    • Rental advance and allowance (50% monthly rent).

    • Candidates can work 32 hours of overtime per month, and they will receive a premium rate for these extra hours.

Program Timeline
