We are recruiting passionate and dedicated Verzorgende IG [Individual Healthcare Assistant] professionals to work in various regions of the Netherlands, including 't Gooi, Tilburg, Rotterdam, and Amsterdam. Role Overview
As a Verzorgende IG, you play a crucial role in helping clients maintain their independence and quality of life at home. Your responsibilities include performing nursing procedures, providing practical and emotional support, and assisting clients with daily living activities. You monitor changes in clients' conditions, report, and evaluate care plans, and build meaningful relationships with clients and their informal caregivers. This role combines independent work in the community with the support and collaboration of a team.
What you will do and what you will not be doing at work?
These services are provided under the ZvW (Health Insurance Act) and Wlz (Long-term Care Act) frameworks, ensuring high-quality and personalized support.
The specific tasks performed by Home Care professionals are determined in consultation with the client and outlined beforehand.
What you will not be doing at work?
Home Care services focus solely on providing medical and personal care at home. Daily household tasks, such as cleaning and tidying, are not included in the scope of Home Care services.
If the client requires assistance with household chores, we recommend reaching out to your care coordinator or municipality. They can guide you in finding the right provider for such services.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform nursing procedures and support clients in daily living activities.
- Assist clients with practical and emotional needs, helping them remain as self-reliant as possible.
- Monitor clients' conditions, report changes, and evaluate care plans.
- Collaborate with team members to deliver high-quality, personalized care.
- Actively build professional relationships with clients and their informal caregivers.
